Supporting Community Cycling Through 3D Printed Parts

Changing the way to repair bike is possible. We’ve done it before.

Community bike shops face a constant challenge: sourcing affordable, essential parts. Often, these parts are hard to find, expensive, or have long lead times, hindering their ability to serve their communities.

Fly-Wheel is changing that.

We empower community bike shops by providing a reliable source of low-cost, custom 3D printed parts. Our network of volunteer 3D printer owners utilizes open-source designs to create the parts shops need, when they need them. This means faster repairs, reduced costs, and more bikes back on the road.

Whether you’re interested in joining our programs as bike shop partners, or comfortable contributing your 3D printing time to provide bike parts, or donating money to help us grow our network and bike part design repository, we need you on our team.

“3D printing represents the democratization of manufacturing. It allows anyone to create anything, anywhere, at any time.”
